Watching drunk friend fall onto a table and then the floor at a busy East Village bar: That's right, ya'll. It's priceless.

In other news, does everybody know I'm moving back to San Francisco? Well, I am. And I'm using the codepink truck.

A pattern? This weekend: Just Like Heaven, which takes place in SF. Two of the 17,000 commercials before the move take place in SF. A sign as Starbucks that reads "San Francisco." A Lot Like Love, in which the main character lives in SF for a bit. Even the song at the end of The Simpsons: "California."

The thing about stereotypes is ... they're often true.

Overheard while walking past a construction site:

"You hit like a girl! C'mon, hit the fuckin' thing! Should I call you Mary or Steve?"
