Suchin Pak, the MTV VJ, just left me voicemail. How cool.
So, I'm interviewing her for Asian Diversity Magazine and since I'm going to be in NJ for my mom's wedding in a couple of weeks, I suggested that we meet in person for the interview. So I'll be hanging out at MTV on the 18th - my dream. Hysterically, when we were setting up a time she said, "Morning is best because, you know, we do TRL in the afternoon and you probably don't wanna sit through that." Um. Yeah.
I also just interviewed the director/writer of "Better Luck Tomorrow," which has been praised by everyone from Roger Ebert to Peter Travers at Rolling Stone. It debuted at Sundance and was bought by MTV Films. He was super nice and the interview should turn out to be pretty good.
Rollingstone, here I come.
